Delete your account

In short

In the app: Profile › Delete account, with your password. Everything is gone at once.
Without the app: write from your account's address to hello@manon-app.com. Within 30 days everything is gone.

1. In the app

Open Manon and tap your profile at the top right.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
Read what goes, enter your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is gone at once, and Manon signs you out.

2. Without the app

Can't open the app any more, or lost your password? Write from your account's address to hello@manon-app.com and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you. Within 30 days everything is gone.

3. What goes, and what stays

Gone: your profile, your sign-in, your personal diary, your tasks, your calendar, your notifications, your messages to us and your device's error reports.
If you're on your own in your family, the family goes with you: your child's log, diary and photos, and the copy that helps improve Manon's advice.
If you share a family, your partner keeps the family, with everything of your child.
If you care for another family (as a babysitter or grandparent), what you logged for that family stays with them; your access goes.
